If you suffer from cheek acne a good idea is to try to sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side makes your cheek press against the pillow case, making your pores not able to breathe. If you can’t train yourself to sleep on your back just wash your pillow case every day or change it every day (some people also flip the pillow back and forth a few times until they’re ready to wash it)

Pillows tend to suck up a bunch of your facial oils,skin cells, and dirt, after building up and being pressed against your face for a long period of time it causes break outs.
