Everyone has pimples and everyone knows how hard it is to get rid of them. Even if your pimples go away, they always leave marks on your face which are even harder to get rid of. Here's a list of problems we all face when we have a red bulgy thing coming out of our skin (especially on the face) which is just so hard to ignore:
Seeks Attention:
Of course it does! A pimple not only seeks your attention but others' attention too. It is right there on your face and no matter how hard you try to hide it or ignore the fact that you do have this little mountain of excess oil trapped in the pores of your skin, people's eyes roll on to that particular area always and once they notice it, you start finding ways to end the conversation and spare yourself of that "Eww" look that people give you.
Trying several home remedies: For a day or two, you think you should just leave your pimple(s) the way it is so that it goes away naturally until after two days, you notice this thing turning into the size of hulk. And then, Google again becomes your favorite friend.
Nicknames: If your pimple doesn't go away within a couple of days, you start getting hilarious nicknames which, let's just say, aren't very classy to hear. For example: Pipmle Pakoda, Miss Peperoni, Pizza face, etc.
The laughing faces are hard to forget:
Selfies problems: Be it a selfie or a group picture, even if you are one of the most beautiful girls in your friend circle, you can't beat the ugliness of a pimple in a picture. Then, the only option you have is an editor. Technology, Zindabad!
But what happens when one of your friends upload an unedited pic of yours on Facebook:
Extra make up required: Well, this is that time of your life when you start applying extra foundation, extra concealer and yes, waterproof make up to safeguard yourself from the embarrassing moments and the "not-so-classy" nicknames.
Less confident: They say "If you look good, you feel good". And what they needn't say is this "If you don't look good, you feel like a douche". The existence of a pimple on your face does make you odd one out and yes, you feel less confident while talking to people because most of the time you're conscious about your looks; especially when you're talking to your crush. :-P
Pain: When you have a pimple, you adapt this habit of touching your face frequently knowing it isn't very healthy. And yes, the pain increases every time you touch that are; especially when you try to squeeze it.
Leaves permanent marks: And in your attempt to get rid of those red spots, things just get messy and you end up with a permanent mark on your face. Duh!
