1. Making a red mark on every wall of the country.
Yes, the famous snack of Indians-"Gutka".
"Every wall you see, every wall you see
will be painted by me"
-The old buddy of Indians
"Gutka"
2. The habit of giving everything they have left, to the streets.
The habit of throwing wrappers, plastic bottles, the half eaten burger, the toffee wrapper, the badly licked chocolate wrapper and all kinds of garbage we love to share with our nation's roads.
And besides being told that this is our own nation, this is our home and we should keep it clean because Clean India is Green India, we teach our kids to do the same.
3. Exposing their manhood i.e peeing in front of everyone and peeing almost everywhere
On every wall and on every bush. Be the the wall of someone's house or the wall of a monument. And specially peeing on the walls where it is specially written NOT TO.
WHY?
Because we all have a habit of going against the rules and doing what we are not supposed to do.
And aren't we proud of it?
On being the coolest citizens ever!
4. Not letting the Dustbin take it all
Even if there is a dustbin placed besides us, rather than walking a couple of steps more, we throw the garbage right before it.
WHY?
Well, the dustbin was too far and besides that
WHO DOESN'T DO IT?
5. One of the most disgusting habits is
Spitting
This is the favorite habit and day to day routine of our "rickshaw waalas"
This is like the code that they follow to show their love to their "Clean" Nation and also
to its citizens. They would go on gargling and spitting (be it water or saliva) everywhere even if they are riding their "Hayabusa" and people are sitting right next to them, they wouldn't care at all.
They would not even care if their spitted "stuff" came right on the face of their customers.
Why would they?
EVERYBODY DOES IT!
6. Last but not the least: Leaving their marks on every historical place so that their future generation remembers them and their story
The habit of writing their names on the walls of monuments (few love to do it on trees as well).
Engraving their names on the walls of the monuments within a heart.
Early men made cave art and drawings for many purposes like communicating, leaving their marks or some signs to show that they lived there, to show their art, to mark their presence, etc
But why do we Indians do it?
WHY?
BECAUSE EVERYONE DOES IT?
WHO CARES?

Well, we do care. Yes, people do care.
All these habits might sound very familiar and ordinary because EVERYONE DOES IT
but this isn't the reason why we should do it as well.
If everyone would think the same then who will take the first step towards making a change?
If all of us would make our own nation untidy and would not respect what we have then who will?
And then, we blame government and illiterates for not maintaining the cleanliness of the society.
Just like charity, even cleanliness begins at home
and our country IS our home!
